Endurance racing is a great way to start in karting as you get a lot of 8um-in-seat time for your £'s.

Unlike sprint racing, if you make a mistake you still have a enough time/laps to come back and score a podium so far fewer drivers are likely to attempt a 'crazy' move (especially turn 1, lap 1) which leads to less contact/damage, thus less in costs.

You'll also have a lot more time to watch the action and study other drivers' technique as the same drivers will be out there for well over an hour instead of a frantic 10-15 laps.
