Might be worth having a chat with OEKC. They run endurance races at Whilton and Daytona Milton Keynes. Generally Rotax, Biland, Swiss Auto with minimum weight of 175kg. My son is not 16 until August but was approved for racing after assessment as it is the year of his 16th birthday. Contact details are on website oekc.co.uk
