75, jet is too big. You should remove the paper from the filter element and put in GX140 or G4 springs. All depends on what you want to do then, it's would be easy and relatively cheap to build an engine that will waste the race legal engines, but this won't do your boys driving any favours, unless....... When my youngest started, once he was competent but lacking pace, I put on a GX200 and then kept turning it down so he could just live with the eldest boy. This way he was able to learn better lines etc. and they both got to have fun together on the track rather than the eldest clearing off all the time.
