Depending on what track you are at at the time of course. Id say slower tracks will depend on the new rubber grip more than a fast track. Places like clay, for some reason generally hate new rubber, some people say its because of the abrasive track surface...i dont know but round htere new tyres arent fast.

but in most cases you are looking at between 0.5 and 0.75 of a second.
