Graeme,

I couldn't agree more. I've recently changed the exhausts on our kart. I managed to get a good deal on some brand new units which were still baffled. I didn't want to spend over the odds on something I couldn't use!

We'll be hammering the owner driver test days at Teeside for quite some time until we're hitting regular times I guess.

After that we'll look at engine mods. I recently serviced both our engines with the standard 'full' kit from GX160 parts (top and bottom end (I needed to do the governor rod feed for the pulse pumps anyway)) so I've got which ever springs they gave me.

Either way the top end service seems fairly cheap to re-do if needs be.
