Another great day's racing at RH....another wheel flying off the kart!

We've had studs breaking off hubs too many times to ignore it... the first time we thought the wheel nuts might have been a bit loose, then the other times we were certain they were very tight - as tight as you can go by and with a t-bar. Also we regularly change the nylocs.

Has anyone else had this problem before and found out what causes it?

It's a 2004 Swift chasis with a 30 mm axle and standard rear hubs using normal ali rims.
