The Honda flywheels are good enough for 7000 plus. But are you making the power to need those revs, I've got a lightly tuned GX200 that makes about 10 HP (a very good 160 reads 7HP on my dyno)but it geared to see no more than about 6,700 on a long (10 second) straight. With those sort of revs you may soon lose the standard rod or possibly drop a valve. 9 HP is reckoned to be the maximum for a standard rod.
