Change springs now!

Put the springs in now. If you don't, the valve bounce will weaken the head of the Inlet valve as it bangs against the collet and you will drop a valve.

I learned this the hard way, first time I bought a new engine as the standard springs are only designed for 3000rpm.

Note, if you had a Japenese engine or collet the damage to the valve could alraedy have been done and I would suggest changing the valve. But the radius of the Thailand collet is softer on the valve and you will be okay.
