I would say a resounding Yes. Seals have not been used for years and even then (as Brian has mentioned) it was limited to cadets. Also there was only one sealing agent - West Skelton in Scotland.

I presume Lydd runs to the UK accepted 2009 Honda regs in which case I would have them open.
