Can somebody help me please this is doing my head in !!!

Getting my ms rolling chassis race ready and im hitting snags all the time , ive tried changing the studs on the rear hub but everytime i take the locking nuts off to take the rear wheel off the studs come with them , is this normal ?

And how the hell do i get a new 7.5ltre petrol tank to fit , i physically cant get it up high enough !!

As you`ve probably gathered im new to all this so can someone please please please please help !!!!!
