I agree, that drivers should learn to pass cleanly from the start. But it does not happen, when you can get away with pushing another driver out of the way and say you were being pushed from behind. The excuse then runs all the way to the back of the grid. When it has happened we have tried to take action or speaking about it, and no one ever sees the incident. Timed qually then placing everyone on grid according to there lap times, or a standing start with the gaps between the kart built in, could reduce it. Enforcement of the no contact rule needs to be done strongly at cadets stage, this is where the standards are set for the rest of the drivers time in karting and other forms motorsport (Except Touring Cars!)
