A UT piston and ring kit along with a new UT head gasket is probably going to cost £90-100 (see GX160 parts.com). Rebuild costs - RPM have a price list on their web site (http://www.rpmpower.co.uk/) and quote £80 plus parts (and VAT) for a rebuild and hone (x2).

New against a rebuild is a bit difficult to say as there will be a massive difference between an engine that is simply worn out and one that needs a rebuild - do you know just how old your engines are and what they have done to date?
