I am not familiar with the models you mention but the deciding factor for karting will be the crank end in terms of thickness, shape and length to accept the usual type of clutch.

Saying that qhq4 and qxq4 used to be listed in the regulations so they should be fine and be a straight replacement (if I correct about the shafts).
