A lot will depend on the width of the chassis rails rather than the engine itself. Your rotax mount will fit your frame, however, you might have to redrill the mount.

Honda mounts do come with 3 position adjustments if you buy them from MS Lucas (but specify you need the original MS ones) or 7Kart so if it does have the same footprint as suggested you can play with engine position to get it where you want it. But the generic mounts dont (you will be restricted to 180 degrees to be fully in or fully out).
