Limited companies are no longer obliged to have an annual audit unfortunately and the abbreviated accounts published at Companies House are as useful as a chocolate fire guard unless you know how to read them and the questions to ask.

On the grander scheme of things I never felt that entry fee was the big issue when it came to Super One. How does it compare to Stars or Euro series?? Don't get me wrong a significant uplift in fees needs to be justified and I don't see why it would be improper for the series organisors to make a profit for their efforts (unless they are benevolent to the karting community!!) but there has to be a balance between acceptable reward and exploitation. If the former the series will go on from strength to strength. If the latter it will simply crash and burn - eventually.
