Inflation? Rise in fuel costs that have been above inflation over the past?

If you plan to do a national series then be prepared to get your wallet out. If it was cheap then we would all be doing it. Club events are perfect for those that can't afford to compete in the national series and as everyone knows; there are plenty of club racers who have the talent but can't afford to progress.

An extra few hundred quid per year will probably pale into insignificance at the end of the season when you look at what people are spending on motors, testing, fuel for vans etc.
