I first started using these the beginning of last year and had the RIDE Hero handlebar mount bracket, with two holes drilled to put the bolts through. If you look at http://www.youtube.com/user/RACEDATAdotorg#p/u/2/oP-K8ru41vI you'll see the cadet video with it mounted on the nassau panel. The problem is I don't think the MSA/ABkC like it there because it slightly blocks the view to the number plate. They also didn't like it safety wise last year either but I believe there's a change being made the regs. It looked good rearward facing from a bracket mounted to the bearing hanger.

Also the sound quality was ok on the non HD model and this had a fully enclosed back cover. Was just set on the LOW noise setting. The filming company for FKS last year used the GoPro Cameras and only had to convert the FPS. The only problem was a vibration at low revs but I think the new HD one has a better mic.
