Hi guys,

I think the transponder should be ok. I charged it for 8 hours and it was blinking red one, then a gap and repeating. It did this for a day, 24 hours later it went to solid red, and then went off. I have just started a fresh charge again and it appears to be flashing red in the correct way to indicate that it is charging, going to give it 14 / 16 hours or until its green and then see how it behaves.

I'll pop a post on here tomorrow morning with the out-come.

As ever, thanks for all your help folks, an absolute saviour on many occasions.
