Hi - on my last outing, one engine lost power and became difficult to start. Have started to strip it down and noticed that the carb has a lot of oil in it.

Is this due to overfilling the oil and it coming up through the pushrods and then the breather to the carb? If so, is it too much oil and how much should I fill it? Also if it is too much oil, would removing the breather pipe help - ie it will spit out the oil rather than foul the carb?

If it isnt overfilling what other suggestions please?
