Assumming the engine isn't overfilled with oil (you should know within 10ml how much you have in) and that it's remained the right way up. Something is probably forcing oil from the rocker box through the breather to the carb. Increased crankcase pressure from worn out rings could be one cause. Is the engine smoking? What does the plug look like in comparison with the other? Try doing a compression test.
