I trust second place team were also disqualified and banned from the series? That being the case you would be as well to say who they were so other series can be on guard.

The engine builder is not the issue but rather the owner of the engine. Just because it has a RPM, UFO or Prokart Engineering sticker on it does not mean that the owner has not subsequently changed something that is outwith the regs! Also given the experience that some teams have of racing prokarts it is normally quite easy to spot when someing isn't quite as it should be on the circuit and an open relationship with the scrutineers and officials should exist to assist in identifying the culprits.
