In all likelihood it will be a blocked pilot jet. This is the black plastic jet the lived beneath the black throttle idle screw. You can just clean this without having to remove the carb if you are in a hurray. With the benefit of time, however, I would always dismantle the carb and clean each part. It takes 5 mins maximum.
