Std will be out of the box - probably still need de-governed.

Tuned will be degoverned, probably honed, valves sealed, sealed exhaust, correct springs fitted, valve clearances set and cam gear optimised.

SP will be al of the above but as Brain says re tollerances.

The performace difference is difficult to say. But if an SP was worth 2 tenths it would be the cheapest 2 tenths you could ever find.
