I have not changed jets all year and they will be 70s. I have only ever used 70 or 72s. 68s are too lean and 75 too rich and the difference between 70 and 72 will be weather dependent but the difference will be small.

It has been a while since I checked the Honda regs specific to Cadets, however, I recall that the jet for cadets used to be fixed. This may have changed but please double check the regulations to be sure.
