We all know brilliant drivers who DID NOT get where they deserved becasue they didn't have access to the money...... or weren't 'financially atractive' for sponsors.

Out of interest, how many F1 drivers do we think have got there WITHOUT being 'marketable' or having VERY rich connections? Or whose dad's owned/ran the race track? Nigel is probably the nearest to 'poor boy made good' that I can think of!

Damn it, if I'd had money, I would have made it to being F1 champion....

.....(err.... that last bit is a LIE!)
