True Trev, but no good unless the chains have been removed, because once the clutches have engaged it doesn't matter what you do, the engines will rev at identical speeds, albeit that one may be 'carrying' the other.......

I tend to ensure the engines are picking up together to ensure that each clutch engages at roughly the same time, and then ensure that each throttle opens fully without stressing the cables. In the dry a prokart throttle is pretty much an on/off switch most of the time, so I find this works well for me.
