ADZ... may I correct your post...

I am not anti any particular oil brand.

I am anti adverts, monopolies and tunnel vision where only one idea/product/method is ever considered worthy .

If you read the thread from the start you will see that at no point have I advised Simon not to use his oil of choice.

I simply kept to the question and answered with my opinion.

When the thread went off topic and it turned into an advert with wiki type errors I edited Trev's wiki words -'Molecular are uniformity of full synthetic oil, its the way its made.'

Talk boll#cks on here and expect to be corrected... (I have many many times...)
