Is there not some 'distance selling' legislation? Is this legislation only for 'professional' or commercial traders? I know it applies to car sales where a trader has to declare if he is trade.
Is it not such that the purchaser can return the goods in perfect condition if the goods do not suit? Certainly York to Kent is a distance.
I have never bought or sold a kart without cash on collection and eyeballed the item. If I don't like it (A Yamaha described as a TKM) or the purchaser, not going to force anyone to part with the cash if all you get is complaints.
