I am not a in cadet, but got to mention what uve spotted here

They mention the fact the contact and bad driving is perhaps to do with most been rookies, learning the trade, and then later go on to say the aim in to bring the best drivers to the grid, how can rookies be the best? Contradiction ?????

I know a couple of people who race super one, and I get the feeling the officials are to blame for not cracking down on driving standards, perhaps because there is too much contact, which comes back to the rookie issue.
