The problem is that marshals are instructed to watch the exit of the corner, so they are watching the wrong part of the circuit for reporting driver related incidents. They are however watching the correct part of the circuit for warning you about impending danger. Basically you may have 10 pairs of eyes on the circuit, but only one of them is actually attempting to watch for bad driving.

I've been a pusher in the past and I've seen it / heard it many times where marshals have radioed in a perfectly innocent incidents blaming random competitors. The CoC's don't really stand a chance of making a good decision unless the incident happens under their nose!

If they are having problems with bad driving telling everyone is a start, but doing something about it might actually be a good idea. Get an other couple of officials out on the circuit, start making consistent well informed decisions. Sending rude blanket communications won't solve anything, when there are clearly parents and competitors wanting action.
