Thanks, plugs been done, but not the cap. I was just thinking the same thing myself. Only question is, wheher the neighbours will stand for another Sunday of dyno runs :)

I had this same engine to optimise just before the French championships a couple of weeks ago, was the only engine I've ever had blow up on the dyno. Strangely it folded a rocker in half. Popped the push rod out, but otherwise there was seemingly no other damage. A new rocker and it was fine, but I wonder if this could be related, can't think how but coincidence is rare in these situations.
