Hi Kelvin, It was going to get even more complicated as I was going to trace a spread sheet of "buy backs" across the grid over a season. The point being that the actuality of buying back would be a lot less than the theory of buy backs. However, you would still have the "regulatory tool" to stop any silly engines being used. Surely, cheating is still a minuscule part of a series like EPEC. half the grid wouldn't know how to and the other half are under such intense scrutiny that the risk to their reputation is too great. The 15 NKT - Transitex team "Arrive and Drive" from Portugal, used equipment prepared by EPEC and made a very creditable attempt over 2 years showing that equipment levels are not too different.
