Would be good to know what kart you have so we can advise.
You cant check camber by just looking, lasers are the best method. i bet you will be running maybe 2deg neg which alot of karts end up doing, but if yours is never touched it could be double that.
To alter the camber you need to change the angle of the king pin side to side (side to side when sat in the kart)
as for dropping fronts only i would aim to do all til you have found best pressure then fine tune front to back to get a balance
