Thanks for all the help. I checked camber this was fine within 1 to 3 degrees. But I'll make up some disks to go on the wheels so I can make up for my "special" measuring.
I have however found a very bent rose joint in the steering. And a second less bent one. My estimate without measuring is it'll be towing out hugely.
New bits shouldn't arrive in post this morning then a day of texting on Tuesday.

Wear was so similar on both sides I assumed it was geometry I missed the basic checks.

Thanks everyone. Using the line/measure/rotate technique. What toe in/toe out is a good place to start?.
