Your question seems simple but it actually contains the WHOLE of 'motor-racing' within it! If the answer was as simple, there'd not be much to learn and we'd ALL be World Champion in 5 minutes!

Trust me.... you have a HUGE amount to learn!

So... start with the basics... and the place where most speed can be gained!

See where you are SLOWER than the others! Watch each other and note where everybody gains on you. Then compare the driving WITHIN the team. Why does one team member get through corner X faster than another team member?

Find a fixed place on the exit of each corner and note the engine revs at that moment. Then try to find ways of INCREASING those revs on that corner. Do that EVERY LAP! Abnd then do the same on ANOTHER corner and work through the whole circuit. You'll soon find 'hidden speed' within your own driving.

Go out and mark the spot where each of you brakes for on the longest straight into a tight corner. Why is one of you braking 3 metres earlier than the others? Can YOU brake 1, 2, 3 metres later...... trust me.... you CAN!

And do on....

If you can't find speed from within yourselves, go and get professional tuition.

Next, weight IS the key..... simply CUT it anyway you can. Diet is the cheapest!

Next prepare a table of gear (sprocket) ratios. The two sets you quote are actually about 5% diffent from each other. That's significant. You do this by making a table of each possible gear ratio set and dividing the large number by the small number:-

63/20 = 3.15 to 1
66/22 = 3.00 to 1

62/20 = 3.10 TO 1
61/20 = 3.05 TO 1
60/20 = 3.00 TO 1

Do this calculation for all the ratios you can afford/have.

Without changing the driving sprocket, you can replicate their gear ratios by fitting 60 tooth driven sprockets. That would LOWER your revs and DECREASE your acceleration....

As you can see, the others were running HIGHER geared than you were.... if your figures are correct! That would seem to imply their engines have more power than yours or you are SERIOUSLY overrevving your engine.... or you are slower drivers than you think you are!

Then see what happens to your lap time if you choose a different set of ratios. That's the core concept of testing!

Once your done those things, you'll be ready for the next stages.
