He denied it initially straight after the incident when spoken to by my racing partner however once another driver who was also involved and pushed of by him confirmed.it was him at fault he then admitted it and agreed to pay for the damage. We were more annoyed ay the fact we had paid 90 quid for the race and had to retire 10 mins into it. Yes accidents happen in motorsport but this could have been easily avoided!
