Tighter regs and their application for certain.

Ban closed awnings and vans bigger than a Transit.

Free ice lollies in summer!!

Greater focus on rewarding novices for improvement - especially cadets.

Random swapping of kit (which I suppose could be buyback in a different guise).

CoC with a sense of humor and and scruts who share what they find and/or looking for.

Remove the "don't" and can't approach...

Get rid of the idiots (and if you don't think there are any it's you!).

Remember it is supposed to be enjoyable and only one person can win.

You could open the proverbial can with this one Gaz - in years gone by when this site was popular I am sure this would have quite a discussion.
