hi if u only noticed the 3mm when the kart was on the stand and did not notice it at the track then I would not worry about it /don't waste money /u can straighten it yourself /but if its only out 3mm then trying to get it straight may make it worse //don't pay any one to do it // u can get a good new axel Ł50
