I would replace it. You have no idea if this was a previous bend that has been straightened several times or a one off and it will remove that element of doubt for not too much money and a bit of time.

And as Greg says get the correct axle for your chassis. It might cost a little more than a generic one but the wrong axle can kill the chassis.
