The big washer is on, however we have noticed that it moves slightly and seems as if it needs another washer there to tighten things up. There is some end float but a little more in this clutch that the washer is loose on than the other clutch.

Saying that though the other clutch is also banging and the washer and end float on this one seems bang on, will try adjusting the settings and see if it makes a difference.
