Hi all.

Just bought a prokart. It had been unstarted for 5 years.

What I've done so far is......

Oil change
Emptied fuel and replaced with new fuel
New plug ( we have a good spark )
Removed carb and cleaned jets,bowl etc.......
Replaced new air filter

It runs but won't idle ( even if you adjust the screw ).

If I take the pipe from the valve cover to the carb it idles perfect.

So I removed the valve cover and the black disc in it had cracked, so I removed it completely so now there's air flow going out of the pipe but when I connect it to the carb it still doesn't idle.......

Please help as I have no idea
