It is a great opportunity to try something a bit different. The motors are said to be pretty equal and it is a step towards the re-introduction of standard cost motors for prokarting and divorce ourselves from the stupidity of the the prices paid in the cadet market.

If it is wet, however, the additional power won't make that much of a difference as the limiting factor will be grip. In fact 11 years or so ago (when this was last tried) I was at PF on 160s and beat a good few of those on 200s in the wet. But if it is dry.......
