I think you have to be realistic about "minor" national championships, look at FKS and I suspect that NKF doesn't get big entries this year.

I looked at this for last year but with the uncertainty of how many people have entered, it is easy to go and do something else.

My opinion is that karters are in 2 camps. If you want to do a national championship then you will do the best series ie S1 LGM or you are completely not interested in any national championship and stick to club meetings.

It seems to me that Kartmania tried to entice the latter to enter but there simply isn't the interest?
