Clearly using a GX200 flywheel in a GX160 is against the letter not to mention the spirit of the engine rules, it is not the same Honda part number and thus using it is simply cheating. Who in their right mind could dispute this?

But apparently it is now accepted that the self styled number 1 tuner of Honda engines was at least until this year doing this virtually as a matter of course to obtain an unfair advantage for their customers. Yet now they are suddenly trusted to effectively run the 'renaissance' of pro-karting. Some people are even naive enough to actually think this is being done for benevolent reasons.
