Daft question time.

I have the chance of buying a jade chassis and a tkm engine for what seems like a bargain price.

its for my lad to practice on (he is on Honda at the moment)

Is there a difference between engine CC between Juniors and seniors or is it regulated purely with the restrictor?

Any Help would be appreciated
