Don't look for high revs on the Honda engine. Aim for 3000 as a minimum bottom. Anything over 6000 unless the track has a big down hill or very long straight and he will be losing out on the straights. 15mm on front is right. 1020 axle on the rear in the middle. No weight forward of the seat. If he is small, raise the seat UP but not forward of the standard setting
