All we ever do with our 2014 is add a bit of castor and increase the tyre pressures. How much depends on how wet it is.

Lasers are great for a speedy check and correction of steering geometry, however, the are not any more accurate than a tape measure and an understanding of what you are actually setting up. There is a really good article on the technical section of this site that tells you what you need to get to understand but remember that set up is not an exact science but rather a series of compromises. Being fast in a straight line is easy but too fast on corner entry results in longer, un-optimal time through the bend with perhaps a deataed kart where you have to wait longer to get back on the loud peddle. Slow in: Fast out is good advice.
