We had an incident whilst testing at PFI recently where mid-session the brake pedal went long & required a full pump before it came in to effect. This happened a while back & we bled the system & all returned to normal. It had around 7-8 hours running (1 sprint meeting & 2 tests) since but time when we bled it the pedal was short in the paddock but by the time we got to the first braking point it was long again.

Anybody got any idea’s as to what’s wrong before I start messing around with it & potentially replacing bits that are fine? Seals or maybe a hole in the pipe?
