Hi. What RPM do you have it idling at. Should be 2000+ depending on what clutch you have fitted. The clutch should just be " Tinking " or starting to ingage, but this all depends on what rate clutch springs you have fitted. Does it rev up on the stand? If not try removing the carb and giving it a good clean with some carb cleaner and a compressed air line....If it doesnt rev up on the kart stand sounds you possibly might have a blocked main jet, as it will idde but not rev.
