It's been a while since my lad was running a T1 in Honda Cadet at Hooton, but by chance I've just stumbled across my notebook from 2012. 20/71 gave revs 3567 to 6024 and a lap time of 42.71 on a dry track in September 2012. That's with a T1 SP, anything later is on a T2.

Appearances can be deceptive, and Hooton has some long straights. It certainly depends on how experienced your driver is, and how much speed they can carry through the corners, but too many teeth will restrict their straightline speed and kill lap times.
